Kyle Conahan
Kyle Conahan is a personal trainer at GoodLife Fitness and massage therapist. He focuses on injury recovery and prevention as well as helping with the mind body connection. Through the use of meditation, mindfulness and movement Kyle works to help people understand their mind and body and how they work together and to help them reach their fitness and physical rehabilitation goals. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife doing anything outdoors or adventurous and playing sports.
