WHAT: The Unsinkable Support Program. A facilitated online group for emotional health & wellbeing.

WHEN: Four weekly 90-minute sessions from 4pm EST to 5:30. March 10th, 17, 24, 31st.

WHO: Facilitated by Tracy Hall, Unsinkable Practicum Student. Co-Lead by Pamela Fitzgerald, Unsinkable Community Champion and Meditation Leader.

HOW AND WHY: The Unsinkable Support Program is a facilitated online group to support your emotional health and wellbeing. Each week, we will cover a different topic aimed at supporting your mental health.

Each week, a guest speaker will share their personal story and how it relates to the weekly topic and a 10-minute meditation lead by Pamela. Tracy will facilitate group discussion around emotional health and how it relates to the weekly topics. Our objective is to listen, learn, share, connect, support each other, and leave this program with more tools in our mental health toolkit!
