Dominique Blain is a former reporter turned flight attendant turned communications director who now runs her own boutique communications agency, Bien dit, in Montreal.

Sandy integrates humor into her therapeutic practice, using expressive arts therapies and trauma-informed approaches to regulate emotions, build connections, nurture creativity, and foster resilience.

Caitlin Murphy is a writer, director and dramaturg. This past year, she won the Quebec Writers' Federation’s Ian Ferrier Spoken Word Prize, which she was also nominated for the year before.
