My Self Love Journey

For the Month of February, we're exploring themes of love, especially self-love and how it impacts our mental health. We chatted with the wonderful, Sowmya and she shares with us the many practices she uses at home to practice self-love and be a mirror for her children. Sowmya believes that loving yourself doesn't always feel ideal on a daily basis, but a little truly goes a long way. Self-love can be seen as transformative, messy and deeply personal, and the truth is our mental health often depends on how much acceptance and compassion we can give ourselves.
